The Heart Touching Magic of Jim Nabors. One of my favorite records in high school.
I found the record and thought it would be funny. Like a lot of people, I only knew Jim Nabors as Gomer Pyle. The sound coming off the record blew me away.
The lip syncing in the commercial is so precious. Jim Nabors can sure belt it out while relaxing on the couch.
I actually bought this record and The Exploited's Jesus is Dead EP at the same time at a dark, loud, record store in Santa Cruz, which is no longer there. I thought I was so clever.
